Versions

This project comprises developing a semi-fictional world from scratch, with information about places, residents, nature, history and much more. This includes texts, images, 3D models, music and video content, which is all made by hand. A version history is kept to plan this extensive project and give you an idea of its development, providing an overview of things in the current or future version. Below, you will find an overview of the different versions that have been published and their contents. Version 2. Lutheria

The second version of the project will focus on finishing the district of Vöhren and making a start with the district of Aegheria, especially with the city of Lutheria. Although this city and district will not be fully finished, the main framework of the town and district will be made.

• General: Optimizations to the Map functionality, introducing Walkthroughs (a visual tour through the world, where you can explore the world visually)
• Demography: Introducing the Mervell family, a noble family that oversees the district of Aegheria;
• Geography: Finishing the district of Vöhren and starting with the district of Aegheria, which includes the city of Lutheria. Also, the Map of Kilden will be updated;
• History: Expanding the Timeline with local events;
• Glottology: Not part of this version;
• Flora: introducing the first ecosystems and plant species;
• Fauna: introducing the first ecosystems and animal species;

 

Version 1. The Pioneers

The Pioneers is the first published version of the Field of Stories (Àyrngáer) project. This first version has been in development for over a year (not including all the different stages the project has been in before even considering publishing :P)

• General: The Launch of the official website;
• Demography: The first five families and their characters, namely Lutz, Hochter, Silbers, Walda, and Rothfeld, have a family tree, character histories, and personalities.
• Geography: The beginning of developing the first district, named Vöhren. There has been a focus on the residencies of the first families and the neighbourhoods Denron and Walden. Also, a first version of the Map of Kilden has been made;
• History: A basic Timeline of global events, mainly focusing on Wars and Regnal Areas;
• Glottology: Not part of this version;
• Flora: Not part of this version;
• Fauna: Only the species of the characters part of the Demography are part of this version
